We have lived at Grande Reserve for over four years. The staff and management goes above and beyond. Keeping everyone informed and up to date, maintenance is quick and they go above and beyond.

I love the high ceilings and well-placed windows. The Staff at Grande Reserve are very kind, considerate, respectful. They go above and beyond to make your stay and time at Grande Reserve enjoyable and make sure things are taken care of. Communication is key and they do a great job communicating to all residents here at Grande Reserve. You might be able to get out and walk when living in this area.

Living Area Features

Management is courteous and very helpful. Parking is readily available around or near your apartment. Management does a great job of communicated with residents about doing their part. So far, office staff have been approachable.

She was really knowledgeable of the community amenities and aparment amenities as well. They make the moving process really easy and understandable which is good because they do not cause more headaches than the moving process already cause. Personally, I would really recommend this place to live!!! The community is really respectful and it feels like you are living on a bubble of how quite and problem free it is.

Quiet, safe and excellent community management and service crew. We would highly recommend living here. Multiple entrances with grocery stores and shopping nearby. I have enjoyed living here the past month. Great community, maintenance and office staff are terrific.

The walls are thin enough so I truly dont want to hear conversations when Im trying to sleep. Don’t move here, a waste of time and money. For the amount being paid every month you can’t even be free in your own home. Have to tip toe, and not let your dog play freely in their own home.

Moving out of this place was a nightmare and very expensive. Do yourself a favor and find a different place in Naperville plenty better options close by. Grand Reserve is a comfortable place to live.
